and a boatload of prayers and good wishes, if ya got ‘em.
This is today’s radar. See Little Rock? Yeah.
We’re getting socked here. While I’d never compare us to Louisiana and what they’ve gone through, it’s still bad. Gustav is moving at a BRISK 3 MPH (Apparently he likes Texarkana and who could blame him? They have the Cattleman’s Steakhouse and Ross Perot! And you can stand in two states at once!) so we’re covered in soaking rain (which is disturbingly warm, like soup) and 40 MPH winds. Driving the boys to school today was like going through an obstacle course what with the 100-year-old trees literally coming up out of the earth and the wind blowing leaves and branches and the occasional trash can at the car.
So if you’ve got any well wishes left, we’d sure appreciate them.

He’s got a lot of rain with him, Lisa, and some tornadoes. He’s not going down without a fight.
Ugh. Stay safe!
